How are the rooms equipped?
In addition to the bed, a desk, a chair and a wardrobe most of the rooms have a cupboard, a fridge and TV. There is a telephone in every room. Towels and linen are also provided. The flats have ironing and cleaning facilities and most of them also a washing machine. The kitchen is also fully equipped.

How long can I stay?
The minimum stay is 7 nights, the maximum stay is one year. There are two price categories, one for short-term (7-28 nights), which is the higher, and one for long-term (1-12 months).

How can I pay?
365CPS.com Ltd accepts cash, Traveller's Cheques in GBP, Banker's Draft, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, Solo and JBC.

Can I have a look at the flats before booking?
Yes, of course this is possible. Please contact us regarding this option; we will arrange a viewing at a time suitable for you.

What if I want to shorten or extend my stay?
Our cancellation policy requires a 28 days notice if you want to cancel or shorten your stay. If you fail to give notice on time we will charge you for up to 7 nights, depending on your booking. You can always extend your stay; in this case please notify us as soon as possible.

Do I need to pay a caution on arrival?
Yes,we have a damage deposit of 100 pounds and a key deposit of 20 pounds. We usually take an imprint of your credit/debit card. After your stay the imprint is destroyed. If you do not have a credit/debit card you have the option of giving us the deposit in cash and we will return it at your check out if everything in the flat is in order.


For landlords

Why should I let my accommodation through an agency?
Becoming a partner of an accommodation agency includes a lot of advantages for you. Your customers will enjoy a professional advisory service. You do not have to spend a lot of time on the phone to convince the customers and no need to worry about how to get new customers: CPS will do that for you. We offer your accommodation and do the advertising for it. Every week, we will send you a report about which customer will arrive the following week.

What kind of accommodation does CPS offer?
For the moment, our company only offers flats.

What else offers CPS?
CPS offers 3 different contracts for landlords. As a landlord you can choose one of the three. It depends on how much you want to be involved yourself.

'Golden'
If you choose the 'Golden Service' 365CPS.com Ltd will care about everything. We will organise a pick-up for the customer, do the check-in and provide any kind of explanation to the customer. Furthermore we will organise a cleaner for your flat.

'Silver'
This service is the middle service. We'll organise for example the pick-up of the customer, but you will have to organise a cleaner.

'Bronze'
This service is our normal standard service. We'll organise and process the booking and the advertising for your flat.

As a landlord, what would be my responsibilities?
As a landlord you are required to cover the safety of gas appliances, the electrical installation and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. You have to repair the structure and exterior of the property, heating and hot water installations, basins, sinks, baths, toilet installations, pipes and service supplies to the property. General safety and fire safety of furnishings and furniture that you provide.

Should the flat be furnished?
The flats should be furnished with the standard and indispensable furnitures, that are a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Other devices like for instance a fridge, a kettle, a telephone and a TV are advisable but not obligatory. The kitchen has to be fully furnished.
